PILATES FOR HEALTHY BACKS 

Winwick

Effective exercise for the management and prevention of back pain.

Balanced workouts to strengthen your core and keep your back flexible and strong,

enabling you to regain control of your body and improve your posture.

Small, friendly classes, suitable for all abilities.  All medical conditions can be accommodated in this class.

Chair based exercises are available for those who prefer it

​

All equipment and mats are supplied for use during the class, you can of course bring your own if you prefer.

The Healthy Backs Pilates classes take place on Tuesdays at 11.30am, the classes last for one hour. 

Class dates for 2025:

Block 1 - 7th Jan- 11th Feb 

Block 2 - 25th Feb -1st April 

Block 3 - 22nd April -27th May 

Block 4 - 10th June -15th July 

Block 5 - 9th Sept- 21st Oct 

Block 6 - 4th Nov- 9th Dec

The venue is Winwick Village Hall, Seabright House, Thurning Road, Winwick PE28 5PW.  

​

There is level access via the small slope at the front door, toilets are at the rear of the hall.  Parking is available along the nearby road or on the access path to the front door. 

HOW TO BOOK

To book your place, you can either email me lisa.pilates@yahoo.co.uk or you can contact me via the form here .

I will then send you (by email) an information sheet about the class with dates, price, what to wear etc, and a health form to complete and return to me before you attend your first class.  Each class is tailored to the needs of those attending. 

​

Due to the small class size, it is essential to book your place.

​
